$147,000 - $162,000 per year + annual bonus Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education. Summary: Thereleasetrainengineer (RTE)coaches andsupports an agile "team of teams" known as anagilereleasetrain (ART).The RTE is focused primarily on relentless improvementviaProgram Increment (PI) planning/execution,measuring delivery and flow of the ART,and tracking the execution of features and capabilities. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Responsibilities: Supporting Program Increments (PI) Plan,organize andfacilitateART ceremonies(e.g.program increment (PI) planning, ART sync, product owner (PO) sync, scrum of scrums,ARTsystem demos, and inspect & adapts).These events help track progress, escalateproblems,and resolve dependencies.
Support PI execution - significantresponsibilityfor the successful execution of the PI, including tracking execution of the features in the ART Kanban, ensuring the ART meets itsdefinition of done.
Encourage collaboration between teams, following theSAFemethodologyand framework.Contributing
to the advancement and improvement of agile practices within the organization. Measuring Delivery and Flow Ensure ART delivery, maturity,and performancebyestablishingART flow measures and dashboards, overseeing development of reports and analysis to track progress towards goals, ex:

Delivery Plans
PI Predictability,Feature/PBI Burndown,CycleTimeand Velocity
Status Reporting/OKRs
Governbest practice usage ofAzure DevOps(ADO),ensuringdataquality andintegrity for the ARTviaADOqueries,audits,and coaching/trainingofteams.
AssistinTracking theExecution ofFeatures andCapabilities Facilitateagreement ofmilestones,cadence of increments and releases for the ART
Coordination of deployment and release activities for the ART
Manage and coordinateARTand Solutiondependencies
Work with the business, product, and delivery teams toidentifyrisks or impediments to achievingobjectives.
Basic Requirements: 5 + years of understanding and experience withSAFe.
Experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
Experience in supervising or leading teams;demonstratedability to drive and influence peers.
Strong analytical andproblem-solvingskills.
Experience in coaching and mentoringteams in agile principles and practices.
Experience in leading andfacilitatingagile ceremonies.
Experience fostering team self-organization and continuous improvement.
Experience with Azure DevOps (preferred)
Experience using enterprise agile planning tools (e.g.Azure DevOps, PlanviewLeankit/EnterpriseOne, Atlassian Jira Align, Broadcom Rally, ApptioTargetprocess).
Preferred Requirements: Agile, Scrum,SAFeor project management certifications preferred (e.g.SA, SPC, RTE, CSM, CSP, PMI).
Background inwealthmanagement or finance industryis preferred
