Schedule:
Full Time, Monday-Friday 9a-5:30p, Saturday as needed Location:
908 N Elm Street, Hinsdale, IL Your Role: Assist in clinical and clerical duties under the supervision of the Clinic Manager/ARNP. Provide exceptional customer service while rooming patients and facilitating exams and procedures. Monitor patient flow and prepare them for timely physician/ARNP visits. Conduct vital signs, patient history, allergies, and complete necessary documentation. Support physicians with examinations and procedures, ensuring quality care through effective communication. Audit ordered tests and follow up on results to maintain the highest quality of healthcare. Manage nursing supplies and equipment maintenance, reporting any needs to management. Collaborate with your team to achieve departmental and hospital goals. Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Preferred: Technical/Vocational School Graduate from a Medical Assistant Program Preferred: One or more years of Experience in a clinical role Strong skills in taking vital signs, body substance isolation, and specimen collection. Excellent phone skills and etiquette Organizational skills to manage various tasks effectively Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certification Required Relevant certification from AAMA, AMT, NCCT, or NHA Required This is an equal opportunity employer, committed to complying with federal, state, and local anti-discrimination laws.
