The ideal candidate will have several years of administrative experience within the construction field and a solid understanding of construction processes. Your responsibilities will include applying your knowledge of construction sequencing to maintain project fluidity from fruition to completion, including scheduling, procurement, and compliance. Responsibilities: • Procurement responsibilities include - prepare owner contract, subcontracts, work orders, purchase & change orders • Implement administrative procedures that guarantee adherence to contractual obligations, construction standards, and regulatory codes • Prepare and track change orders, RFIs, submittal logs, and punch lists to ensure that the contract document requirements are met throughout the construction experience • Maintain accurate project folders, job information sheets, and project team rosters • Support the construction team to create project schedules, adhere to proper budgets, and communicate project updates as needed • Compile the closeout package, including warranties, maintenance agreements, equipment information, contractor contact information, and city requirements Qualifications: • At least 3 years of experience in construction administrative support, contract administration, or construction project management is essential • Familiarity with the construction industry and processes are valuable -including AIA documentation, codes, and safety regulations • Superb organization and communication skills, time management, and attention to detail are desired • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and project or construction management software are required Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000
