We are looking for an experienced and driven Recruiting Associate ideally out of fashion to support one of our busiest Account Executives with heavy candidate sourcing and account management.

In this role, you will focus on reaching out to and building relationships with candidates for direct hire roles with our clients, including designer, pattern maker, merchandising, licensing, store manager, brand ambassador, sales associate, account executive, wholesale, social media, marketing roles and more.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone who loves candidate recruiting and has an interest in partnering with the top brands in fashion, beauty, and luxury goods on their hiring needs.

This is an on-site opportunity with one day flex for WFH.

Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm EST w/ flex.

What you will be doing:

  • Supporting a top Account Executive/Recruiter with day to day sales and recruitment efforts
  • Sourcing, scheduling, and screening candidates for direct hire roles with our clients
  • Managing and updating candidate and job information in our database
  • Running jobs by appropriate candidates
  • Preparing resumes and portfolios and submitting to clients
  • Preparing and sending out detailed interview confirmations, job start details and updates
  • Conducting thorough reference checks and assist with background checks and onboarding
  • Serving as a point of contact for our candidates throughout interview process
  • Following up with candidates after interviews and help navigate offer stages
  • Presenting offers and assisting with closing candidates
  • Taking on additional administrative responsibilities and projects for the AE as needed

What you should bring:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting; ideally in fashion or another related industry
  • An ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
  • Confident, engaging, and professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, and strong ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive, personable, and team-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office; especially Outlook and Excel
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter
