As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll be at the center of that mission: optimizing processes, elevating quality, and enabling smooth new product launches. Drive Process Excellence – Streamline operations to cut cycle times, reduce waste, and boost throughput. Launch New Products – Partner with R&D to translate designs into scalable, cost-effective manufacturing processes. Own Quality – Implement rigorous procedures that meet IPC, MIL-STD, ISO, and AS standards, while solving issues through root cause analysis and corrective action. Support Production – Troubleshoot issues, clear bottlenecks, and help teams hit aggressive delivery schedules. Strengthen the Supply Chain – Work with suppliers to improve quality, reduce costs, and ensure reliable performance. Document & Report – Keep process documentation, SOPs, and quality records airtight while delivering KPI reports to leadership. Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master’s a plus) ~6+ years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience ~ Expertise with small-to-medium RF parts, components, and assemblies ~ Skilled in operations such as soldering, die attach, epoxy attach, machining, plating, PCBAs, and more ~ Proficiency with CAD/CAM, Microsoft Office, and SAP (ERP/MRP systems experience preferred) ~ Strong analytical problem-solving skills—backed by data, driven by logic ~ Clear communicator, capable of collaborating across engineering, production, and leadership levels New product launches run smoothly from lab to production floor.
