Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr

Requirements

• Experienced: 3-5 years of hands-on engineering experience (doesn\'t have to be fulltime)
• Backend: Strong experience in Python (Django experience is a plus), Frontend: Proficiency in Next.js, React, and ShadCN, Cloud: Proficient with AWS or Google Cloud
• Strong Background: Degree from a top-tier engineering program (weighed more heavily when total YOE is lighter)
• Entrepreneurial: Preference for candidates with experience at successful startups — former founders are especially valued
• Gritty: Capable of working long productive hours
