About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Protection Services Department at ***** Healthcare. This role will lead a large-scale project spanning HR, Security, Legal, and Compliance, establishing controls to combat security risks. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, cross-functional coordination, and executive reporting skills.

You will be responsible for keeping initiatives on track, organizing meetings across departments, and producing key updates for senior leadership. This is a highly collaborative role requiring excellent communication, organization, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of projects throughout the lifecycle: scope, schedule, resources, costs, risks, and quality.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones, tasks, and deadlines; revise as needed.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workgroups across HR, Security, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Facilitate and document meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and communications.
  • Serve as liaison for department on enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Identify risk areas and implement mitigation/contingency strategies.
  • Support internal process improvement and workflow development.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5–7 years of formal project management experience.
  • 5–7 years of systems implementation experience.
  • Strong project management skills (scope, scheduling, risk, resource planning).
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating large, complex, multi-department initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.

Preferred

  • PMP certification and/or Agile Scrum Master certification.
  • Experience in healthcare, compliance, or risk-related projects.
  • Background working with cross-functional teams across HR, Security, Legal, and Compliance.
