About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Protection Services Department at ***** Healthcare. This role will lead a large-scale project spanning HR, Security, Legal, and Compliance, establishing controls to combat security risks. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, cross-functional coordination, and executive reporting skills.
You will be responsible for keeping initiatives on track, organizing meetings across departments, and producing key updates for senior leadership. This is a highly collaborative role requiring excellent communication, organization, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of projects throughout the lifecycle: scope, schedule, resources, costs, risks, and quality.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones, tasks, and deadlines; revise as needed.
- Coordinate cross-functional workgroups across HR, Security, Legal, and Compliance.
- Facilitate and document meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes.
- Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and communications.
- Serve as liaison for department on enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Identify risk areas and implement mitigation/contingency strategies.
- Support internal process improvement and workflow development.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 5β7 years of formal project management experience.
- 5β7 years of systems implementation experience.
- Strong project management skills (scope, scheduling, risk, resource planning).
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating large, complex, multi-department initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
Preferred
- PMP certification and/or Agile Scrum Master certification.
- Experience in healthcare, compliance, or risk-related projects.
- Background working with cross-functional teams across HR, Security, Legal, and Compliance.
