Job Title: Project Manager – ServiceNow

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

Pay Rate: $65/hour (W2)

The Project Manager will lead ServiceNow initiatives within a complex enterprise environment, overseeing large-scale implementations and coordinating across IT, business stakeholders, and vendor partners. This role is central to enterprise digital transformation efforts and requires strong leadership, communication, and delivery management skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery

• Manage full lifecycle of ServiceNow projects (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, ITOM)
• Coordinate between technical teams, business units, and external vendors
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk strategies
• Lead stakeholder meetings and prepare executive-level updates
• Drive user adoption and change management for new platform capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with enterprise software initiatives
• 3+ years leading ServiceNow projects
• Experience managing programs in large organizations (10,000+ employees or similar)
• Strong organizational and stakeholder communication skills
• Familiarity with project management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing project delivery
• Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, or ServiceNow-specific credentials
• Experience with hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies
• Exposure to offshore teams or vendor-led delivery models
