Water Resources Project Manager – Nashville, TN | Hybrid

We’re seeking an experienced Water Resources Project Manager to lead municipal engineering projects that strengthen communities in the Nashville area. This hybrid role offers the chance to manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee project scopes and budgets, and deliver high-quality water, wastewater, stormwater, and roadway projects.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of municipal infrastructure projects, including water, wastewater, stormwater, and roadways
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables while mentoring junior engineers
• Collaborate with municipal clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to ensure compliance and innovation
• Oversee construction administration, respond to RFIs, review payment applications, and coordinate with contractors
• Conduct QA/QC reviews to maintain high-quality project standards
• Foster client relationships and support business development initiatives

Who we’re looking for:

• PE license in Tennessee required
• 8+ years of municipal engineering experience, including project management
• Proven experience with roadway geometric design, water main and sanitary sewer design, drainage systems, and intersection detail design
• Skilled in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience working with State of Tennessee agencies, Nashville-area agencies, or TDOT is a plus
