We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager with a strong engineering background , ideally someone who has transitioned from a hands-on development role into project management. The ideal candidate will have direct experience managing web application projects and a technical foundation in software development , preferably with technologies such as Java , Spring Boot , or MuleSoft/Salesforce platforms
Lead end-to-end project execution across technical, product, and business domains using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Manage delivery of web-based applications, ensuring scalable architecture and performance optimization.
Oversee planning, tracking, and delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget, including milestone-level cost estimation and tracking.
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, clients, and vendor teams, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and manage sprint capacity, execution, and risk mitigation.
Identify and resolve project risks and issues proactively, ensuring minimal disruption to delivery goals.
Maintain project documentation, including scope, dependencies, KPIs, risks, and change requests.
Promote continuous improvement through lessons learned and adherence to PMO standards and delivery methodologies.
Support requirement definition in collaboration with product and business analysts.
7–15+ years of project management experience in technical environments.
~ Demonstrated success managing web application projects, with hands-on experience in Java-based technologies and/or integration platforms such as MuleSoft and Salesforce.
~ Strong background in software engineering or systems integration.
~ PMP and/or Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred.
~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
~ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
