Role: Project Manager, PE – Land/Site Development

Austin, TX | Hybrid | National Multidisciplinary Engineering Firm

We’re looking for a Project Manager (PE) with 6+ years of site/civil experience to join our Austin office. You’ll lead design teams, manage diverse private development projects, and work directly with clients on commercial, residential, data center, mixed-use, and educational developments.

What You’ll Do

• Manage projects from planning through construction
• Lead and mentor design staff
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and deliverables
• Serve as the main client contact
• Review site development plans (grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater)

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (or related)
• PE license (required)
• 6+ years of civil/site development experience
• 1–2 years of project management experience
• Civil 3D proficiency preferred
