Job Salary: $70k - $90k + Bonus/Commissions + Benefits

We are one of New England's largest one-stop source for commercial building products including acoustical ceiling systems, architectural doors & hardware, drywall and steel framing, insulation and exterior systems.
Due to growth, we're seeking a Sales Project Manager with commercial door experience (Commercial Steel & Wood Doors, Frames & Hardware) and the ability to read blueprints & specifications. Must have experience in sales for commercial doors & hardware.

What You Will Be Doing
Analyze blueprints and specifications to perform a detailed take-off and itemized summary of all doors, frames, finish hardware & specialties.
Use the manufacturers price books and in-house software to generate an accurate cost for all materials. Create a detailed proposal to be sent to the bidders on the project and offer options for value engineering.
Perform jobsite visits to review any customer complaints and to ensure that material is being stored & installed per the specifications.
What You Need for this Position
Must Have Skills
Sales & Project Management for commercial door projects (Commercial Steel & Wood Doors, Frames & Hardware)
Ability to read blueprints and specifications
Nice To Have Skills
Knowledge of Construction Management Software & MS Office (Excel)
An understanding of building & fire codes
