Project Manager Pacific Northwest & Mountain West | Competitive Pay & Benefits The Opportunity A respected commercial builder is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects ranging from $10M–$50M. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who excels at managing budgets, schedules, and teams while maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Experience delivering K–12 education facilities is highly valued. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, budgeting, and scheduling of assigned projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services Ensure compliance with contract requirements, local codes, and safety protocols Provide leadership to field teams and support a collaborative, safety-focused jobsite culture What You Bring ~5+ years of Project Management experience on commercial construction projects ~ Proven track record managing budgets, schedules, and multi-disciplinary teams ~ Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills ~ Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar) ~ Knowledge of code compliance, permitting, and inspection processes ~ Ground-up construction experience preferred ~ Public Works and K–12 project background strongly preferred Why Apply?
