Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Human Resources Business Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Overland Park, Kansas.

Duties:

• Develop and refine content for webinars and events, including outlines, scripts, decks, and promotional materials
• Ensure messaging is brand-aligned, tailored for enterprise/government audiences, and highlights company’s leadership
• Manage content approval workflows with marketing, PR, legal, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and alignment
• Oversee messaging governance, driving consistency and quality across external appearances
• Maintain a centralized editorial calendar, tracking deadlines and deliverables
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, speakers, and marketing teams to optimize content and prepare participants

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Proven experience writing for enterprise and government audiences, ideally within tech, telecom, cybersecurity, or digital transformation
• Strong grasp of market dynamics, industry regulations, and executive-level messaging
• Exceptional writing, editing, and project coordination skills with attention to detail
• Experience managing content approval workflows and engaging cross-functional stakeholders
• Proficiency in PowerPoint with ability to create clear, compelling presentations
• Skilled in editorial calendar management and collaboration with senior leaders and subject matter experts
• Knowledge of webinar formats, promotional content, and event communications
• Background in telecom or enterprise IT
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and B2B email campaign strategies
• Understanding of SEO principles and digital content best practices

The approximate pay range for this position is between $26.99 and $38.55 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
