We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our electronics manufacturing team. This role will involve the design, development, and improvement of electronic manufacturing processes and product. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing processes specific to the electronics industry, including assembly, testing, and quality control. The Manufacturing Engineer will work closely with design engineers, production teams, and quality assurance to ensure that electronic products are produced efficiently, meet customer specifications, and adhere to all safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Process Design and Improvement: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for the production of electronic products, including PCB assembly, soldering, testing, and final assembly. Continuously identify areas for process improvement to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. Equipment and Tooling: Assist in selecting, installing, and maintaining production equipment. Work with the team to ensure that equipment is running efficiently and safely. Develop and recommend tooling solutions to support production needs. Production Support: Provide technical support to the production team to resolve issues related to electronics assembly or other manufacturing processes. Troubleshoot and resolve production delays, equipment malfunctions, and product defects. Quality Control and Assurance: Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory standards. Conduct root cause analysis for defects or failures and implement corrective actions. Work closely with the quality assurance team to maintain and improve quality standards. Collaboration: Coordinate with design and product engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of new electronic products and prototypes. Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure materials and components meet quality standards. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of process changes, equipment maintenance, and quality checks. Monitor manufacturing performance, process improvements, and equipment status. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Promote a culture of safety in the manufacturing environment and adhere to industry regulations and best practices. #ConRes Qualifications: Education: Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing/Production Engineering experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably in PCB assembly, soldering, or electronic product assembly. Skills: Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes for electronics. Ability to analyze and resolve engineering problems. Knowledge of industry standards such as IPC, ISO, and ANSI. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to noise, and machinery. Ability to stand, walk, and move around the manufacturing floor. Ability to lift [X] pounds when necessary. Working Conditions: Full-time position
