! Job Summary As Sous Chef, you will play a key leadership role in a
high-end corporate dining environment , supporting both daily café operations and premium catering experiences. You’ll collaborate with the Executive Chef to deliver exceptional, chef-driven cuisine with an emphasis on
seasonal ingredients, scratch cooking, and thoughtful presentation
that reflects the brand’s culinary excellence. Key Responsibilities
Lead daily culinary operations for café, catering, pop-ups, and special events, ensuring consistency and creativity in all menus.
Support menu development and execution of rotating seasonal offerings, wellness-focused items, and bespoke catering menus.
Supervise and train culinary staff to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and sanitation.
Oversee production planning, inventory management, and ordering to ensure cost-effective operation.
Partner with front-of-house and catering teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Uphold company standards for sustainability, wellness, and culinary innovation.
Preferred Qualifications
Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
3+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience, ideally in
corporate dining, fine dining, or catering .
Strong knowledge of scratch cooking, presentation, and menu costing.
Proven ability to manage multiple service lines and shifting priorities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety credentials.
