Job Description
Oversee all phases of retail and commercial construction projects from planning through completion. Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution. Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met on all job sites. Track project progress, risks, and documentation, resolving issues proactively. Support team development and mentorship of junior staff. Proven experience managing retail or commercial construction projects. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management. Committed to safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Flexible and proactive, able to travel occasionally to job sites. Builds strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
