Job Description
Lead ground up public sector construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field operations across multiple job sites Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project success Oversee site work and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Use project management software (including Procore) to track progress and maintain documentation MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial construction Proven experience managing public sector projects from start to completion Strong background in site work and infrastructure coordination Ability to lead multiple teams and projects simultaneously Proficient in Procore and other relevant construction management tools What's on Offer
Base salary up to $170,000, depending on experience Vehicle allowance for travel and site visits Health insurance including dental and vision coverage 2-3 weeks PTO based on experience and tenure 401(k) with company match to support long-term financial planning
