Job Title: Executive Assistant
Salary: $40,000 per year

Position Overview:

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our day-to-day office operations. This role is essential to keeping our office running efficiently while ensuring a warm, professional atmosphere for clients, guests, and team members. Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails promptly

  • Maintain office supply levels and place orders when needed

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars

  • Support data entry, filing, and basic bookkeeping tasks

  • Keep the office environment clean, organized, and professional

  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documents as needed

  • Provide general administrative support to staff and leadership


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred

  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong communication skills-both written and verbal

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

  • Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities

  • Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
