We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support for one of the top loan officers in the country. You’ll be responsible for responding to customers in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service.

$15 - $17 hourly

• Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services
• Plan office events and schedule arrangements for travel if necessary
• Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements
• Improve skill sets through employee development programs
• Work to create marketing opportunities and plan events for our customer base in the community to improve company reputation and visibility

• Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply
• Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
• Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
• Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
• Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
