Overview
Staff Technical Recruiter at Foxglove. This role partners with hiring managers, guides candidates through a transparent process, and helps close top technical talent to scale our team and advance our robotics and AI initiatives.
Base pay range
$140,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr
Location
Based onsite in our San Francisco, CA office. We are a small global company with team members primarily in the U.S. and Australia. We maintain Pacific Time hours and hire within ±4 hours of U.S. time zones to ensure effective collaboration.
The Role
We’re seeking a Staff Technical Recruiter to join our small, high-impact team and help us scale thoughtfully as we grow. In this role, you’ll partner with hiring managers, guide candidates through a transparent and compelling process, and play a key role in closing top technical talent. You’ll help shape how we scale, experiment with new approaches, and make a lasting impact on both our growth and culture. Every hire you help bring on board will directly fuel our mission to accelerate robotics and physical AI development.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to design and run smooth, structured interview processes.
- Drive closing strategies and manage offers to consistently secure top technical talent.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects our values and culture.
- Continuously refine recruiting processes and use metrics to guide smarter, faster hiring decisions.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in both a startup and high-growth environment.
- Comfortable engaging on highly technical topics to build trust and credibility with candidates.
- Proven ability to close top candidates in a competitive landscape while guiding them through a transparent and compelling process.
- Experience creating and refining hiring processes for scaling organizations.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring teams.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
- A growth mindset; comfortable iterating on processes and rolling up your sleeves in a fast-moving environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (we use Ashby) and a data-driven approach to recruiting.
