Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Omaha, NE. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks including reception work. Daily duties include answering and directing phone calls, managing emails, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining files and records. The individual in this role will support executive staff and ensure the smooth running of the office operations.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
