Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying and faxing
  • Proactive and be able to upsell services
  • Punctuality is a MUST
  • Ability to commute to Aventura and Downtown Miami locations
  • Opening and closing duties
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Ability to work individually and in a team setting
  • Answer and Transferring telephone calls
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail
  • Professional appearance and acumen
  • Responsible for basic cleaning and maintenance of the common areas of the center
  • Taking initiative to complete tasks

Note: We provide training for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish is required (fluency and clarity are an absolute MUST)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Professional and clear phone reception skills with customer service and front-desk experience
  • Extremely internet savvy and creative
  • High level multi-tasking
  • Working knowledge of office equipment (copy machine, faxes, scanner, etc.)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc. is a MUST)

We will provide training for qualified candidates.

Our hours of operation are from 8:30AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
