Receptionist – Brookdale

Responsibilities
- Greets all visitors entering the community, answers questions, ensures visitors sign guest sheets, and directs phone calls to the proper residents and staff.
- Sorts, delivers, and collects incoming/outgoing mail, performs basic office/clerical tasks, and maintains visitor logs.
- Responds to resident emergencies by contacting appropriate internal or external parties per community protocol.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering professional front desk support and managing visitor inquiries.
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems and coordinate with residents and staff.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional, courteous demeanor.
