Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, and support of new Windows based computer systems.
• Install image and software on laptops and workstation.
• Prepare the computers for deployments and support the deployment activities.
• Assist with the installation and support of computer systems and peripherals. Coordinate with management for inventory, hardware orders, equipment movement, and shipping needs.
• Assist in assuring that work products comply with established deliverable guidelines including format and content.
• Assist in the development of documentation based on the customer's processes.
• Travel to customer sites and perform deployment activities to include site surveys, installs hardware, install software, remove hardware, check hardware for shipment, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: HS + 2 Years of experience in Information Technology
• Experience: Deploying/Installing Hardware, Software, Workstations, monitors, etc.; Working hands-on with IT equipment and inventory
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Demonstrating sound judgement, initiative, and effective decision making; Proficient with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Certifications: Must have active interim Secret or above

Preferred Qualifications

• Must be willing to travel outside the country up to 60% of the time.
