WizeHire, Inc is hiring: IT Hardware Support Technician in Miami

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and fundamental software issues
• Set up new user workstations and ensure proper connectivity
• Perform equipment moves, upgrades, and replacements
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and consumables
• Assist with basic network equipment troubleshooting (Wi‑Fi, cabling, switches, etc.)
• Document work performed in the ticketing system
• Collaborate with the IT team and elevate issues when necessary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT support experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Understanding of PC hardware, peripherals, and component‑level troubleshooting
• Basic familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) is beneficial
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift, move, and set up equipment (up to 40 lbs) as needed

Compensation

$56,500 - $60,000 yearly
