Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily FOH operations and ensure smooth service
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work culture
• Drive high standards in guest satisfaction and hospitality
• Manage staffing, training, scheduling, and performance
• Oversee inventory, labor, and cost controls
• Collaborate with the culinary and leadership teams to achieve business goals

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in restaurant management (minimum 3 years)
• Wine knowledge is a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• A hands-on, lead-by-example approach
• Passion for food, beverage, and genuine hospitality
