Summary of position: The primary purpose of this position is to provide efficient and courteous service to guests and maximize room revenues during the Night Audit shift. The role includes preparing financial reports, analyzing discrepancies, generating backup reports, handling guest check-ins/check-outs, answering questions about rooms and rates, and responding to guest requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, courteous service to guests during the Night Audit shift.
• Prepare financial reports, analyze discrepancies, and generate backup reports.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out and respond to guest questions about rooms and rates.
• Ensure accurate handling of reservations, billing, and revenue management during the shift.
• Collaborate with hotel operations to support a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent GED; prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
