Overview

Representing a global industrial manufacturer, Frazer Jones is leading the search for an HR Manager. This role will lead HR operations and support organizational change across a multi-site, predominantly blue-collar workforce. This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to influence culture, build processes, and drive performance.

Base pay range

$95,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

  • Leading HR operations across two U.S. manufacturing sites, with direct line management of local HR staff
  • Supporting leadership through organizational change and restructuring initiatives
  • Developing and implementing HR systems, policies, and procedures aligned with global frameworks
  • Coaching managers on recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
  • Managing site-level talent development and training plans
  • Overseeing payroll data accuracy and HR metrics reporting
  • Contributing to global HR projects including HRIS rollout, job architecture, and employee engagement surveys
  • Ensuring compliance with federal and state employment legislation
  • Building collaborative relationships across Operations, Finance, and Sales functions

Qualifications

  • Must be fluent in Spanish
  • HR generalist with 5–7 years of experience
  • Background in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Strong understanding of U.S. employment law and HR compliance
  • Experience managing employee relations cases and supporting change initiatives
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Proficient in HR systems (e.g., ADP) and data analysis
