Overview
Representing a global industrial manufacturer, Frazer Jones is leading the search for an HR Manager. This role will lead HR operations and support organizational change across a multi-site, predominantly blue-collar workforce. This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to influence culture, build processes, and drive performance.
Base pay range
$95,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Leading HR operations across two U.S. manufacturing sites, with direct line management of local HR staff
- Supporting leadership through organizational change and restructuring initiatives
- Developing and implementing HR systems, policies, and procedures aligned with global frameworks
- Coaching managers on recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
- Managing site-level talent development and training plans
- Overseeing payroll data accuracy and HR metrics reporting
- Contributing to global HR projects including HRIS rollout, job architecture, and employee engagement surveys
- Ensuring compliance with federal and state employment legislation
- Building collaborative relationships across Operations, Finance, and Sales functions
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in Spanish
- HR generalist with 5–7 years of experience
- Background in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of U.S. employment law and HR compliance
- Experience managing employee relations cases and supporting change initiatives
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and coaching skills
- Proficient in HR systems (e.g., ADP) and data analysis
