Overview

Call Center Agent role at Think Tell Junction. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, offering them a gateway to our products and services. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring complete satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Document all customer interactions in the database accurately and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle stressful situations.
• Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
