Senior Associate, Product & Vendor Compliance at RH — located at RH Home Office in Corte Madera, California. Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Facilitate between leadership, external 3rd parties and internal stakeholders to collect all necessary reporting data and information related to all Corporate Responsibility programs (Social Compliance, Responsible Sourcing, Energy Management, Waste Diversion, Philanthropy, etc.). Review, analyze and verify data being used by institutional stakeholders (ISS, MSCI, etc.) to ensure accuracy of information. Assist in the implementation of strategic guidance and vision around the existing Vendor Compliance & Social Responsibility Programs as RH expands into the European and global markets (Social Compliance, Responsible Sourcing, Animal Welfare, Sustainable Packaging & Waste Diversion). Create compelling, data driven materials that align stakeholders and drive strategic decisions. Continuously monitor and stay informed about the latest global supply chain transparency regulations and policies. Qualifications

3–5 years of professional experience, ideally in one or more of the following areas: responsible sourcing, supply-chain, sourcing, in a global retail environment, and/or third-party audit consumer protection. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Excellent data and analytical skills with strong attention to detail. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a strong track record of meeting deadlines, managing multiple projects and adapting quickly to shifting priorities as business needs change. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Familiarity with reporting frameworks such as GRI, CDP, SASB, UN SDGs, TCFD and SBTI. Familiarity with corporate governance disclosures and corporate reporting, including surveys, annual reports and ratings. About Us
