Human Resource Partner - Advanced Job Title:
HR Business Partner Location: Hillsboro, Oregon Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $30.00 to $52.00 per hour depending on experience Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and evolving needs. Conduct organizational and talent assessments; support workforce planning and capability building. Lead change management, communication, and engagement initiatives. Coach and develop managers and emerging leaders on performance, development, and employee relations. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and Operations to deliver enterprise-wide initiatives. Use data and analytics tools (e.g., Workday, Workforce Dashboard) to support strategic decisions. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. 4-7 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist capacity. Strong data mindset and experience with HRIS and talent management systems. Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Workday experience preferred. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
