Analyst, US Real Estate Research Team in San Francisco, CA at Aon. The role involves researching and analysing real estate funds, monitoring investments, and assisting with client deliverables within a collaborative team that supports private markets research and advisory work. Assist with the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data on real estate funds and managers. Support the team in preparing due diligence reports and client materials. Monitor fund performance and help maintain internal databases and records. Liaise with fund managers, internal teams, and occasionally clients to gather necessary information. Contribute to broader private markets projects as required. Qualifications
2+ years of experience in real estate investment research, consulting, or a related field. Outstanding analytical and numerical skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities. Good written and verbal communication skills. Eagerness to learn, develop, and engage with clients within a collaborative team environment.
