Overview

Staffing Coordinator to work with the coordination team at Always Compassionate Health. This team’s primary responsibility is to work directly with our caregivers to ensure they are providing clients with compassionate care through scheduling and continuous communication with our PCA/HHA division. Responsibilities

Staff personnel according to home care patient schedules and medications. Collaborate with recruitment regarding hiring nurses from difficult to serve geographic areas. Document and report changes in client status, service requirements, aide assignments, incidents, and complaints to the Supervisor. Use time efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking. Be technically savvy with smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other devices. Maintain an daily call log and communicate all relevant information to nurses and homecare clients; follow up with clients and families regarding schedule changes and service issues. Partner with recruiters and intake coordinators to ensure immediate and effective care coverage. On-call after hours is required (Weekdays and Weekends). Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred). Qualifications

Working knowledge of NYS DOH health care operations. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 3–5 years of experience in a Home Care setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail with problem-solving abilities. Strong customer service background. Proven documentation of daily staff and call logs. Benefits
