We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our Riverhead office. This is a full-time position with a reputable firm offering a flexible hybrid schedule and a clear track to partnership. Responsibilities
Manage a commercial litigation caseload independently through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and depositions. Some construction litigation experience preferred. Conduct and defend depositions; trial experience is a plus. Collaborate closely with colleagues in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Qualifications
Juris Doctor and active member in good standing with the New York State Bar. 3–10 years of law firm civil litigation experience. Preferably experience in commercial litigation including construction, breach of contract and real estate claims. Strong skills in legal research, writing, and critical analysis, including Lexis. Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Compensation
Base pay range: $125,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr About the Firm
