Prepare recurring monthly, quarterly, and year-end journal entries. Complete reconciliations for various balance sheet accountants. Coordinate support and prepare necassary manual JEs on behalf of corporate departments. Complete assigned duties according to the month-end close schedule. Prepare and maintain amortization schedules. Prepare annual budgets for assigned corporate-designated operating expenses. Prepare ADHOC reports and analysis for managment and operations. Prepare audit schedules and complete requests from external auditors during quarterly and year-end audits. Properly execute controls to ensure compliance with JSOX. Demonstrate leadership and provide support as needed to members of the accounting team. Assist with financial reporting as needed. Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related degree with experience in accounting Requirements/Qualifications
Payroll accounting experience is preferred SAP experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of GAAP, FASB and IFRS reporting standards Demonstrated analytical skills, especially in complex reconciliation functions Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Word Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated on-going drug and alcohol testing.
