Overview

Assist in creating original content for CatamounTV including game/meet highlights, press conferences, mic’d up features and previews. Assist in the coordination of over 100 live ESPN+ broadcasts of all Vermont home basketball and hockey games and select soccer and lacrosse games. Duties include production, camera work, preparing talent and building broadcast graphics that fit ESPN broadcast standards. Work in concert with various administrators, coaching staffs, athletic marketing, ticket personnel, Vermont Sport Properties and other constituents on and off campus to promote and produce creative content that enhances UVMAthletics. As a member of Athletics External team manage and develop content for department’s 13 social media accounts. Duties to include interacting with fans, alumni and other constituents on social media. Provide multimedia content and on-site support for UVMAthletics Special Events including the Hall of Fame Dinner, Rally Awards and Postseason Team Celebrations. Responsibilities

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop and Premiere (desirable). Ross XPression Graphics Systems, Tricaster Workflow & ESPN+ Broadcast Procedures (desirable). Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field; proficiency in digital media environments and two to three years’ experience in video production required.
