What will you do
This position is responsible for effectively processing, maintaining, and updating employee data for the HCM System & OneUSG, with a high degree of accuracy and adherence to procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities
Audit and verify data entered in the HCM system. Run queries in the HCM to reconcile various transactions against data entered in job bank. Process written Employment Verifications and eVerify authorizations. Interact with internal and external customers to collect data and provide customer service. Assist in the creation and maintenance of personnel files and the file room. Create and/or reallocate position numbers, as required. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Note
This position is located 100% on GSU's main campus in Downtown Atlanta.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: Associate's degree and one year of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience. Preferred Requirements: Notary Public or able to become certified within 90 days of hire. At least 1 year of University System of Georgia (USG) or State of Georgia, Human Resources experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with visitors and team members.
