The role leads the Effectors Strategy team to develop strategies that improve operational and financial performance, in partnership with OSCQ and SBU leaders and stakeholders across the enterprise. The position supports long-range planning and production capacitization strategies to enable munitions acceleration ramp. The role may involve traveling 5-20% as needed. Lead the Effectors strategy team, providing strategic vision and guidance to develop strategies that improve operational and financial performance, including factory strategies, special initiatives, transformation projects, and capital investments Develop clear, data-driven strategic project plans and ensure implementation plans are executed to closure Develop and present persuasive strategic presentations on high-visibility projects to stakeholders and Raytheon executive leadership Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, review, and align on strategies Lead and grow the Effectors Strategy team; hire and develop strategic talent Engage with OSC teams to define and align critical priorities and initiatives Travel as needed (approximately 5-20%) Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 14 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience 12 years of leadership experience within Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Programs Minimum 5 years of experience in Aerospace & Defense industry Experience developing and implementing strategies / strategic planning Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required Qualifications We Prefer

Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Finance Experience in management consulting Experience analyzing data and presenting to internal stakeholders and executive leadership What We Offer
