True Food Kitchen is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for developing and deploying unique, engaging, and viral digital content across True Food Kitchen’s guest-facing channels. The ideal candidate will leverage data, consumer insights, and business understanding to advance the brand, ensuring consistency, growth, and relevance. This position reports to the Director of Brand Marketing. Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies that grow brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across platforms (Meta: Instagram & Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Substack, and other emerging channels). Implement creative campaigns that bring True Food Kitchen’s brand story to life and align content with business priorities and target audiences. Plan and execute a full calendar of social initiatives, including seasonal menu launches, LTOs, holidays, giveaways, brand collaborations, and select influencer activations to drive engagement and conversions. Analyze platform insights and campaign performance to refine strategies and maximize ROI. Oversee creation of high-quality content (photos, videos/reels, stories, live streams) and write briefs for content creators. Curate and repurpose user-generated content to foster community engagement and amplify brand storytelling. Proactively identify social trends and produce quick-turn content to keep the brand relevant. Design and edit assets using Canva and Photoshop to support campaigns and day-to-day needs. Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and escalate guest concerns when needed. Collaborate with paid media teams to test and optimize creative for paid channels and adapt high-performing organic content for paid campaigns. Assist influencer activations with coordination and logistical support. Track and report on campaign performance and derive actionable insights to inform strategy. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field. 5+ years of social media experience in a growing organization; restaurant or retail marketing experience a plus. Strong content production and storytelling skills; ability to communicate vision to stakeholders and creators. Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights. Proven track record of delivering against KPIs and financial targets. Ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment and value delivery. Strong executive presence and communication skills; experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality industries a plus. Knowledge of current digital trends and technology advancements.
