The Social Media Manager is responsible for leading and executing comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across multiple platforms, and for overseeing the end-to-end process of marketing campaigns, content cycles, and editorial calendars. The role uses analytics, trends, and social media disciplines to ensure cohesive and impactful social media initiatives. Responsibilities
Partner with Sr. Manager to run national, regional and local campaigns; look for synergies across digital channels and holistic marketing programs. Support Social Media strategy and overall business plans with ideation, continual learning, and excellence in execution. Lead and execute day-to-day Social Media operations, overseeing the production and review process of all organic/boosted Social Media content and assets to ensure consistent and on-brand content across channels. Manage B2C Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X handles and editorial calendars for short- and long-term planning and publishing. Analyze social media and campaign performance using data-driven insights; report on KPIs and identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Project manage and direct the creation and editing of Social Media content, including short-form copy, optimized imagery, and social-first video with themes such as brand/PR, entertainment and streaming, products and services, DE&I and community. Develop and deploy engaging Social Media campaigns aligned to the overall strategy: UGC, contests/giveaways, community initiatives/events, DEI, and relevant entertainment themes. Support senior management with national/brand influencer, UGC and brand ambassador programs. Nurture and grow the brand’s Social Media community by deploying modern trends tailored to each platform and audience. Actively follow industry trends and best practices to continuously progress Social Media Marketing and business objectives. Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Communications, Integrated Marketing, Business, or related field. Master’s degree in Business (MBA) or related field preferred. PMI certification preferred. Experience:
3-5 years of Digital Marketing experience for a national brand with explicit Social Media management, Content Marketing, PR/Communications and video; 3-4 years hands-on Social Media content production (short-form writing, images, animations and/or video) for a mid/large sized company; 2-3 years of project management experience; experience with Social Media Management tools and PM software (e.g., Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Wrike, Asana); telecommunications/technology industry experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, strong communication and interpersonal skills, familiarity with Adobe CC or equivalent content/video editing tools, SEO and cross-channel digital marketing knowledge, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission where applicable. Pay may vary by location and experience.
