Senior Water Project Manager , we rely on you to lead and manage water-related projects and contribute to HDR’s mission. Responsibilities

Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of multidiscipline Water/Wastewater/Water Resources or other water-related projects Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently Establish client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings Conduct schematic, design development and contract document work sessions at project sites with project managers and technical professionals Coordinate staffing and workload through the entire project development to complete documents on schedule Collaborate with the Business/Accounting Manager, Project Controller or Company Controller and Department Manager for project reviews Implement QA/QC procedures Execute training for personnel as established by strategic plans Supervise project staff and mentor less-experienced Project Managers Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

A minimum of 15 years water project engineering experience, including at least 5 years in project management on complex water projects PE license in New York or New Jersey Active participation in HDR’s employee-owned culture Candidates who reside locally in the NY/NJ area are preferred Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering 10 years related experience Minimum 5 years project management experience Professional Engineer (PE) license MS Office and MS Project experience (Access beneficial) Demonstrated leadership, business development and strategic planning skills Active participation in HDR’s employee-owned culture We Believe and Our Commitment
