We’re looking for a Marketing Manager (or Senior Marketing Manager, depending on experience) who is eager to lead client strategy, own relationships, and shape high-impact campaigns. Role summary: lead client strategy, manage client relationships, and drive high-impact influencer campaigns for Dialogue’s brand partners. Responsibilities

Serve as day-to-day lead for clients, managing weekly status meetings and owning all communications (emails, Slack, calls). Build trusted partnerships with clients, proactively identifying opportunities to grow their programs and elevate strategies. Present quarterly strategies, performance reports, and point-of-views that demonstrate thought leadership and category expertise. Develop creative, multi-layered influencer strategies spanning micro-influencer seeding, paid campaigns, UGC collaborations, and brand activations. Curate, pitch, and negotiate with influencers and agents to secure partnerships that align with client goals. Draft briefs, guide content production, and ensure all deliverables reflect brand standards and campaign KPIs. Oversee reporting with support from coordinators/interns, synthesizing results into clear insights and actionable recommendations. Mentor and guide junior staff, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively through Dialogue’s proprietary systems. Contribute to the growth of Dialogue itself by supporting new business pitches, thought leadership initiatives, and internal marketing (social, newsletters, events, press). Represent Dialogue at industry events, influencer gatherings, and creative community initiatives. What We’re Looking For / Qualifications

3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, either at an agency or in-house, with a proven track record of managing campaigns end-to-end. Expertise in negotiation and contract management with influencers, agents, and creators. Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect influencer tactics to broader brand and business goals.
