A position as Multimedia Producer (Photographer/Videographer) has the following focus:

build a growing brand through creative visual and audio storytelling, manage the creative process end-to-end, and deliver high-quality multimedia content that aligns with marketing goals. Responsibilities

The Multimedia Videographer/Photographer will: Take full ownership of all video and photography projects, from planning with the marketing team to final production, including Pre-Production, Production, and Post-Production. Regularly track video performance using analytics tools and use data to inform decisions about format, approach, and promotion of content. Set up and manage video and photoshoots, including pre-planning, lighting, audio, directing, and interviewing. Collaborate with executives, sales teams, and operations teams across the company, as well as external partners. Provide high-quality creative products and campaigns while meeting budget, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations. Communicate effectively and stay self-motivated, adaptable, and innovative, with a hands-on leadership style when needed. Work with the marketing team to deliver content that builds ACM’s brand and achieves results. Travel to branch locations for video/photoshoots as needed and manage related logistics. Manage, track, and document all aspects of video and photography projects in the ACM Project Management platform. This role reports to the SVP of Marketing. Qualifications

Must be located in or commutable distance to Fairfax Headquarters office Video Production: 5 years (Required) Photography: 5 years (Required) Knowledge of professional video, photo, and audio editing and post-production procedures, techniques, and standards. Experience with consulting, photography, filming, directing, editing, and production of final products that meet deadlines and expectations. Strong lighting skills, both in-studio and remote environments. Demonstrated professional experience with multi-camera interviews. Professional experience with camera equipment, lighting, audio, multi-point video shoots, green screens, and teleprompters. Experience planning and communicating short and long-form video concepts for use across digital media channels. Working knowledge of the best types of videos for a variety of social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook). Expert experience in full Adobe Creative Suite. Professional experience creating motion graphics (e.g., animated typography, titles, logos, graphic loops, explainer videos, UI/UX animations). Experience and advanced skills in color grading video. Fundamental knowledge and experience in headshot and event photography. Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to direct a shoot and make subjects feel comfortable. Experience creating compelling video content for social media platforms. Bonus Skills and Experience

Experience in creative design for Mortgage or Real Estate companies is a plus. Experience operating and producing drone videography. Degree in film, photography or related field. Additional
