* degree in analytics, mathematics, computer science, health information systems, information technology, statistics, public health, epidemiology or similarly related field. Relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.* 7+ years of experience in analytics, preferably marketing/digital analytics, with commensurate experience using digital analytics reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe, etc.* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g. Paid Search, Display, Social, Email) and search engine optimization, along with working in a performance marketing setting.* Experience with large scale, high traffic websites and mobile applications.* Experience with multiple, disparate data sources including databases, data files, APIs and unstructured data.* Understanding of attribution modeling and the concepts of marketing mix modeling.* Experience with other analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, R or Python.* Experience working with Voice of the Customer data.* Experience with A/B and Multi-Variate testing* Excellent communication, including written, verbal and presentation skills.* Comfortable working independently to achieve a successful result.* Strong project management skills.
