Senior Digital Marketing Analyst at OhioHealth. This role provides trustworthy, timely, and actionable insights and information to enable decisions, guiding strategic decisions and optimizing performance across digital channels. Responsibilities And Duties

Reporting, analysis, optimization, and training – 60% Clarify analytical needs with Marketing, Communications, Information Services, and related teams; prioritize requests; recommend analysis plans and execute deliverables Summarize customer interaction with digital assets (website, app) using web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) Lead development of standardized, automated, and ad-hoc reporting; continually improve reporting templates Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze online marketing strategies and recommend performance enhancements Present results and insights to drive action Collaborate with marketing vendors to support channel reporting, analysis, and optimization Utilize research methods (web analysis, usability) to identify site experience improvements and funnel optimization Integrate data-driven attribution and marketing mix modeling insights to address marketing effectiveness and ROI Conduct cross-channel media efficiency analysis and optimization for budget recommendations Create insights for optimization and scaling of digital campaigns Act as internal subject matter expert on digital channel optimization (organic/paid search, display, email, social) Manage vendor/data provider/partner relationships related to assigned capabilities Pull and blend data from various sources to analyze the holistic customer view Educate and empower marketing teams with self-service analytics for campaign reporting and optimization Lead development of dashboards for marketing teams and other partners Tagging and Platform Management

Assist in site tagging strategy and best practices across web and mobile applications Collaborate with Information Services to monitor data quality and recommend improvements Work with product teams to groom user stories to enhance analytics and tagging platforms for new features Contribute to roadmaps for analytics reporting and platform upgrades Project Management and Consultation

Lead or participate in analysis projects of varying scope, risk, and impact Support strategic projects evaluating new and existing processes Collaborate to identify solutions to system problems Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (Required) or relevant experience in analytics Additional Qualifications

Degree in analytics, mathematics, computer science, health information systems, information technology, statistics, public health, epidemiology, or related field; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree 7+ years of analytics experience, preferably marketing/digital analytics, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Paid Search, Display, Social, Email) and SEO, with experience in performance marketing Specialized knowledge of digital marketing tactics, measurement, and optimization Experience with large-scale, high-traffic websites and mobile apps Experience with multiple data sources (databases, data files, APIs, unstructured data) Understanding of attribution modeling and marketing mix modeling Experience with Power BI, Tableau, R or Python Experience with Voice of the Customer data Experience with A/B and multi-variant testing Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently Strong project management skills Desired Attributes
