Associate I, Quality Operations

(Professional Path) is primarily responsible for applying specialized knowledge to support project goals by monitoring product quality, resolving non-conformances, and maintaining documentation. You will use advanced quality management practices and conduct independent research at the

ASPEX Facility in Fort Worth, Texas.

In this role, a typical day will include: Apply specialized knowledge to perform tasks and achieve objectives, supporting project goals through effective task completion

Follow procedures with decision-making authority, requiring job-related training, attention to detail, and reliability

Monitor product quality at different stages and detect and resolve non-conformances in a timely manner

Maintain accurate and complete documentation and ensure rigorous quality control

Conduct independent research and thought leadership activities to optimize outcomes

All associates must adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training

Associates are responsible for meeting their individual job requirements and contributing to the overall compliance of the organization. Compliance with regulatory requirements and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential to our operations

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +8 yrs; Assoc.+4 yrs)

The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English

Work hours: Night Shift "C or D" Shift (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM CST) working 4 days on, 4 days off schedule

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Strong data analysis and decision-making skills

Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Aseptic, Packaging, and/or Compounding knowledge

Quality mindset

Experience in SAP and/or LabVantage

Risk based decision making skills working with cross-functional teams
