Senior Business Operations Specialist - Commercial Training Solutions

**Boeing Global Services (BGS)** is seeking a **Senior** **Business Operations Specialist** supporting the **Commercial Business & Program Management** **(CB&PM)** team within the Commercial Training Solutions (CTS) organization. This position will be in **Seattle, WA** and will be onsite to support customer requirements.**Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience)****:*** 5+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills* 3+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership* 3+ years of experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation and completion* 3+ years of experience in developing and reporting performance metrics* Experience leading projects that require integration across business units and/or multiple functions**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)****:*** Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint* Highly flexible, adaptable, and resilient* Fosters effective working relationships and is embedded into the business.* Highly intuitive and proactive in anticipating others’ needs* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* work well with various personality types and receptive to feedback* Knowledge of aviation training programs* Experience with data visualization tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
