JOB DESCRIPTION: The Immigration Attorney will manage paralegals and handle a wide range of immigration matters including asylum, removal proceedings, family-based, and business immigration. Responsibilities: Represent clients in removal proceedings; Represent individuals and businesses in business immigration, family, and humanitarian matters; Manage paralegal/s to prepare and file applications, memos, responses to RFEs; Research and prepare briefs, memoranda, and motions. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 3 years of experience handling immigration cases Bar License is required Excellent verbal and written communication skills I.S.
