The Team We are seeking a GenAI Engineering Lead / Architect to build and deliver our enterprise AI platform. You will turn the product roadmap into working solutions, leading the design, development, and delivery of GenAI capabilities while coordinating US and offshore engineering teams. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will architect systems, write and review code, and ensure scalable, secure, and reliable delivery of AI-driven applications.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of enterprise GenAI capabilities
Architect and build LLM-based applications (retrieval-augmented generation, fine-tuning, evaluation pipelines)
Integrate AI with structured/unstructured enterprise data (ERP, diligence docs, financials)
Deliver secure, cloud-native solutions across Azure
Coordinate US and offshore engineering teams, driving velocity and quality
Collaborate with consulting, finance, legal, and risk teams to embed AI in real workflows
Qualifications
12+ years in software and platform engineering, with 2–4 years in GenAI/LLM development
Strong coding skills in Python and experience with AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs)
Experience with cloud-native development (Azure), APIs, and orchestration (Kubernetes, Terraform)
Proven ability to lead distributed engineering teams (onshore + offshore)
Knowledge of financial analysis, diligence, or risk workflows is a strong plus
Hands-on builder who thrives in rapid experimentation and scaling

Compensation The salary range is $180,000 – $200,000 annually, dependent on education, experience, skills, and geography. A&M offers a discretionary bonus program based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
